We are thrilled to announce that Scott Manspeaker is our new Chief Financial Officer at Beacon Management Services. Manspeaker’s broad knowledge of real estate development and acquisition, as well as his years of experience in multifamily real estate, ensures he is fit to oversee the financial aspects of all client accounting, consultation and planning. Manspeaker’s key in-house responsibilities include extensive financial analysis, performance metrics and forward planning.
Steve Weibel, CEO of Beacon Management Services, believes Manspeaker’s vast experience in the real estate industry and in management makes him not only a great addition to the team, but also an asset in expanding the Beacon footprint.

Steve really liked my experience both with operations and my financial background, two areas I enjoy, and this position at Beacon lets me utilize all that experience. I love to teach. I love to empower people in their respective positions and promote an open-door atmosphere. I am fortunate to work with people here at Beacon that want to learn and do great work. As in any business, people are the most important part, and sometimes finding the ‘right’ people can be difficult. I was told long ago, and I truly believe that you can teach aptitude but not attitude.”
Before coming to Beacon, Manspeaker served in several high-ranking positions in the real estate industry including more than 20 years of financial and operational supervisory roles. Manspeaker was the CFO of American Painting & Renovations, Inc., Vice President and COO of Inwood Holdings, and VP of Operations at The Sterling Group. Manspeaker also obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business.
