Important Payment Announcement Effective June 1, 2024

Take Action Based on Your Current Payment Method

Dear Valued Homeowners,

As a reminder we are notifying you of an important change regarding our payment processing system, effective June 1st, 2024. Please click on the attached link for more important details about credit card or recurring card payments.

ACTION REQUIRED:   All recurring payments through PayLease/ZEGO will automatically be deactivated May 31, 2024. Owners will need to re-enroll directly on the portal beginning June 1, 2024. No Action Required if you are currently enrolled on Auto-Draft directly on your portal you will not have to make any changes. 

To continue making your recurring or one-time online payments simply log in to your Owner Portal – Click “Make a Payment”. You will have several options to pay: One-Time eCheck, Recurring eCheck, and Debit & Credit Cards (including Apple Pay and Google Pay).

NOTE:    There is a transaction fee when you make a payment via card (3.5%) and eCheck ($2.99). This fee is a fee charged by a third-party processor and not Beacon Management Services. Fees are subject to change by the processing company.

Auto Draft

We offer Automatic Draft for your Association’s assessments, free of charge on the Vantaca portal. Under this Auto Draft agreement, your regularly scheduled Assessments will be automatically drafted on the designated day of your Association’s billing cycle. With Auto Draft, the draft amount will automatically change according to your Association’s yearly budget, so you won’t have to make any changes when your Assessment balance increases or decreases.

In order to enroll in Auto Draft, your account balance must be paid in full. If you have a balance due, you can submit a one-time payment to bring your balance due, and then return to the main page to enroll in Auto Draft. 

Credit Cards and E-Checks

You may submit your Association payments electronically through the Vantaca portal using a credit card or a one-time payment via your checking account (E-Check). There is a convenience fee to use this service.

For credit card transactions, the fee will be a percentage based on the type of card used and presented to the user prior to processing. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. You can also call (866) 729.5327 between the hours of 9am – 8:30pm (EST). Have your credit card, debit card, or bank account information ready.

Checks or Money Orders

Make your check or money order payable to your association, not Beacon Management Services. Mail your check to the following address:

Online Banking

To use an electronic bill pay service or check writing service, use the address listed below as the payment address. The payee should be your association name, not Beacon Management Services. You must include your account number from your billing statement.

Note:  If you are currently using www.hoabankservices.com to make payments via e-check or credit card payments, you can continue to do so.  However, we highly recommend you convert to the payment options through your Vantaca portal for faster and accurate application of your payments. Payments made through the Vantaca portal will be applied to your ledger at the time of the transaction.
