Beth Barrett is a seasoned real estate and property management professional with over 22 years of industry experience, including 14 years in community association management. A Georgia native, she studied Business Management at Georgia Perimeter University and began her career in mortgage and finance, laying the groundwork for her success in managing communities and leading teams. Known for her results-driven approach, Beth is passionate about creating lasting value, solving complex challenges and setting high standards for both her team and Beacon.
Kobe Crouch quickly rose through the ranks of community association management within Beacon by demonstrating the leadership skills necessary to manage a diverse portfolio of communities. His dedication to excellence, strong work ethic and commitment to professional development led to his promotion to Regional Manager in June 2025. Kobe is focused on delivering exceptional service, supporting community success and fostering team growth as he continues to advance within the industry.
