Beacon Management Services has expanded its horizons by opening an office in Huntsville, Alabama, through a strategic acquisition of Executive Real Estate Management (EREM). This collaboration marks a significant milestone in our journey, as we join forces with EREM, a prominent Huntsville-based company with over a quarter century of unparalleled experience in community association management.  It has successfully served community associations, condominium properties, mixed-use developments, master-planned neighborhoods, and other distinguished properties.

Under the visionary leadership of Brad Ginn, EREM has solidified its position as a beacon of excellence in the industry. Brad Ginn’s pioneering spirit and dedication to excellence have set a benchmark in association management, evidenced by his achievement as the first property manager in Alabama to attain the esteemed Professional Community Association Management (PCAM) designation.

As EREM integrates seamlessly into the Beacon family, we are thrilled to usher in a new era of growth and innovation. Effective April 1, EREM began operating as the Alabama division of Beacon Management Services, combining the strengths and expertise of both organizations to deliver unparalleled service to our valued clients.  We look forward to working with you!
