We are excited to announce that Michael Dubas was recently promoted to Director of Management Services at Beacon Management Services. Dubas is now directly responsible for the oversight of our HOA portfolio and the Developer/Declarant business unit, among other secondary responsibilities. Dubas’ position includes overseeing training and operations, client relations and managing both regional and portfolio manager teams. Before his promotion, Dubas served Beacon Management Services as a Senior Property Manager.
With over 15 years of community association experience, Dubas is no stranger to the industry and is a perfect fit for his new position with Beacon. Dubas was chosen to direct the management services team thanks to the growth and leadership skills acquired from his experience in the luxury high rise market in Miami.
Dubas is excited to take on this new role and provide his team with effective processes and training to serve the Beacon Management clients in the best way possible. With a goal to increase property value and the standard of care that enhances the quality of life for residents, Dubas is ready to lead his team to excellence.

Dubas and his new team are not only exceptionally trained to provide the best customer service possible, but they are also familiar and proficient with the most up-to-date software systems and industry changes. One of Dubas’ major contributions to the team is the creation of a system to track key performance indicators for Beacon’s associations to foster healthy financials and a strong sense of community.
Excited to take on this new position at Beacon Management Services, Dubas notes his favorite part about the job is the great satisfaction earned from resolving issues for homeowners. As with all Beacon team members, customer service and client satisfaction are of the utmost importance.
Dubas proudly holds the designations of CMCA and AMS from the Community Association Institute. He is a Miami native that currently resides in Tucker with his wife and son.
