We are excited to announce that two fantastic new members recently joined our experienced, dedicated and knowledgeable staff at Beacon Management Services. Tasha Fulk and Michael Shinners are the newest additions to the Beacon team. In addition, David Johns received a well-earned promotion to continue providing his excellent services to our customers in a new capacity.
Tasha Fulk, our newest team member, has the unique distinction of managing the largest master-planned development in Georgia, Twin Lakes. Twin Lakes is approved for 2,600 mixed-use lots and is actively being developed for approximately 1,300 mixed-use lots in multiple phases.
Tasha is a seasoned community association manager who consistently delivers excellent customer service solutions coupled with proven leadership skills. In her free time, Tasha and her two handsome sons are very active with CrossFit, wrestling and enjoying the outdoors.

Michael Shinners, another recent addition to the Beacon Management team, has a bachelor’s degree in technology and mechanical engineering. In addition, Michael brings more than 15 years of experience in association management and luxury high rise condominium experience in Buckhead to the table. Before coming to work with Beacon, Michael was a Vice President of Management Services for another Atlanta-based company.
“Michael brings unparalleled work experience and knowledge of the industry into our fantastic team of professionals,” said Simmons. “We know he will fit in perfectly and further enhance the Beacon Management team.”
David Johns was recently and strategically promoted to Regional Manager of Declarant Services. In his expanded role, David will be responsible for meeting deliverables specific to real estate developers and homebuilders at every stage of construction.
David will also oversee managers with declarant-specific portfolios and ensure a smooth transition to homeowner-controlled associations by fostering exceptional relationships with prospective board members. David has successfully managed approximately $200 million in assets and become an integral team member since joining the company.
