Keith Kepler and Stephanie Soroky Expand Firm’s Capabilities

Effective immediately, Keith Kepler has joined as Chief Operating Officer and Stephanie Soroky becomes Beacon’s Director of Training and Client Services.

Keith joins Beacon with over 30 years of advanced business operations and client management services with Allied Barton, one of the world’s largest security companies. His most recent role was Sr. Vice President of the Enterprise Account Division where he oversaw service excellence for 20 nationwide and global clients generating $340 million in annual revenue.
Stephanie has three decades of advanced community association experience in progressive roles. Most recently, she was the Regional Manager with a well-known firm in the Indianapolis market where she worked with large-scale HOA, condominium, and master planned properties. Stephanie proudly holds the designations of CMCA and AMS, as well as a PCAM. The PCAM designation is the pinnacle of professionalism for community association managers. It is the highest of the advanced levels of recognition awarded by the Community Associations Institute (CAI), the nation’s voice for condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations.
