ATLANTA — Beacon Management Services is pleased to announce the promotion of Tasha Fulk to Vice President of Declarant Services. Ms. Fulk is responsible for the direct oversight of Beacon’s Homebuilder and Developer/Declarant business unit. This includes overseeing operations and training, client relations, and managing direct reports under her supervision. She was previously the Director of Declarant Services with the company.
Ms. Fulk boasts an impressive resume with over 15 years of community association experience. She is responsible for numerous developer accounts including Twin Lakes, one of Georgia’s premiere masterplanned developments with over 2,600 homes at buildout.

Ms. Fulk is an active member of CAI, the Community Associations Institute, and the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association. A native of Louisiana, she resides in Braselton with her two children.
