VANTACA FAQ

You have several convenient options to pay your association dues.

  • Online through your Vantaca portal (strongly suggested)
  • Online through your own banking institution
  • Online through Union Bank
  • Check or money order mailed to the lockbox

Please remember you will need to set up your account with Vantaca to make a payment and access your account information.
Beacon Management Services does not have access to your banking or credit card information.

Make a Payment through the Vantaca Beacon Portal

You may submit your Association payments electronically through Paylease using a credit card or a one-time payment via your checking account (E-Check). There is a convenience fee of $3.95 to use this service.

For credit card transactions, the fee will be a percentage based on the type of card used and presented to the user prior to processing. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. You can also call (866) 729-5327 between the hours of 9:00am – 8:30pm (EST). Have your credit card, debit card, or bank account information ready.

Make your check or money order payable to your association. Mail your check to the following address:

  • (Include the name of your association) c/o Union Bank
    P. O. Box 531249
    Atlanta, GA 30353-1249
  • Please allow at least 7 business days for the check to be processed by Union Bank.

To use an electronic bill pay service or check writing service, use the address listed below as the payment address. The payee should be your association name, not Beacon Management Services. You must include your account number from your billing statement.

Yes. Beacon Management will continue to use Union Bank as its lockbox service. If you are currently using www.hoabankservices.com to make payments via e-check or credit card payments, you can continue to do so.

However, we highly recommend you convert to the payment options through your Vantaca portal for faster and accurate application of your payments. Payments made through the Vantaca portal will be applied to your ledger at the time of the transaction and the credit card processing fees are less than Union Bank.
