Placing our photographs on the web site has more to do with you than us. It is meant to show you that there are real people at the helm of the company – not just an anonymous email and 1-800 number that leads to a distant call center. If there is a problem or a concern, I feel certain our team can help work it out. They are some of the best in the business – major talent from signature companies such as the Jones Lang LaSalle, The Coca-Cola Company, Baxter Healthcare, Cushman Wakefield, Arthur Andersen, The Marriott Hotels and many others.

When I started my real estate career, I was very lucky to have worked with Cousins Properties Inc., an Atlanta real estate institution. There have been few people in my business life that have impacted me as much as Tom Cousins. His leadership shaped my desire to create a culture that inspires excellence. A company’s culture becomes the organization’s memory; it guides behavior and provides a sense of identity, stability and organizational boundaries.
