At Beacon Management Services, we love to acquire the best and brightest for our team of seasoned professionals. That is why we are pleased to announce the addition of five new management staff members to our one-of-a-kind team. Due to our continued success in 2020, including doubling our customer base, expanding technology platforms and increasing executive-level staff, an expansion of upper-level management members is just what Beacon Management needs to see even more growth in 2021.
Meet our five newest team members:
Michael Shinners, CMCA, AMS, PCAM – With a bachelor’s degree in technology and mechanical engineering, as well as over 15 years of experience in association management, Michael has the knowledge and experience needed to benefit Beacon Management’s leadership team. In addition, Michael brings skills acquired from his time serving as the Vice President of Management Services for another Atlanta-based company.
Yvonne Reyes – Yvonne is a stellar addition to the Beacon Management team. With her passion for real estate, customer service and problem solving, Yvonne knows how to ensure all our customers are happy and well taken care of. In addition, Yvonne is a licensed Community Association Manager and has several years of experience working in the fast-paced Florida market for large management companies.
Jennifer Pennington, CMCA – Jennifer comes to Beacon Management Services with a host of prior knowledge and experience of the industry, including 12 years of property management experience with onsite condominium and large-scale HOA communities. Jennifer also knows how to work in several facets of the management industry with experience in both commercial property management and a CMCA designation from the Community Associations Institute.
Kelle Torregrossa – Kelle is an expert at overseeing developer properties, condominiums and age-restricted communities. With a bachelor’s degree in business and several years in multifamily management, including time working at one of Atlanta’s largest high-rise communities, Kelle has honed her skillset to be an excellent manager.
Larry Haygood – Larry, a licensed Community Association Manager, excels at not only overseeing his wide array of properties, but also brings in several years of experience in managing multifamily communities and large-scale projects. Larry earned a bachelor’s degree in operations management.
